The Group will generally meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and we will use Earlswood Lakes as our "Home Base" unless there is a specific reason to go elsewhere.

Where car sharing takes place, it was agreed that a rate of 24p per mile will be used, equally split amongst the occupants of the car.
