Welcome to the web site of Solihull Central U3A.

U3As are self-help, self-managed lifelong learning co-operatives for older people no longer in full time work, providing opportunities for their members to share learning experiences in a wide range of interest groups and to pursue learning not for qualifications, but for fun. To us the social aspect of the U3A is as important as the learning and there are many opportunities to enjoy a chat over tea and cakes in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.

We have been going for over 15 years and now have a membership of 220 with some 35 interest groups.

Membership

Annual Membership fees fall due on 1st January

The Membership fee is split into 2 elements:

Initial Enrolment fee: £5

Annual Membership: £15
